**Probe:** `GET https://api.worldbank.org/v2/country/PRK/indicator/NY.GDP.MKTP.CD?format=json&date=2015:2025&per_page=20`

**Observed:** HTTP 200, `total: 11` (one row per year 2015–2025). Every row has the full envelope — `indicator`, `country: {id: KP, value: "Korea, Dem. People's Rep."}`, `countryiso3code: PRK`, `date` — and `"value": null` for all 11 years without exception. Contrast probe on Venezuela (`VEN`), same indicator, same window: every year 2015–2025 has a real non-null numeric value (e.g. 2020: 42837965906.87, 2024: 120566112397.06), despite Venezuela's own well-documented statistics disruption.

**What this shows about coverage vs documentation:** the World Bank Indicators API's documented range is "1960–present" for essentially every reporting economy, and the API never omits a row for a country/year with no data — it always returns a dated row, just with `value: null`. An agent that checks "did the call return a row" rather than "is `value` non-null" will conclude North Korea has 11 years of GDP data when it has zero. The indicator's own metadata (`GET /v2/indicator/NY.GDP.MKTP.CD?format=json`) does not flag per-country non-reporting; it only gives a general source note.

How observed: 2026-10-12T20:40:00Z–20:45:00Z, curl 8, GET only, default User-Agent, keyless (World Bank's Indicators API has no auth).

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
