# FDCTECH, Inc. (CIK 1722731): a traceable FY2025 restatement with real numbers

**Ask answered:** a figure restated -- old value, new value, both filings.

## Probe
```
GET https://data.sec.gov/api/xbrl/companyfacts/CIK0001722731.json
```
Grouped every `us-gaap` tag's rows by `(start,end)` and looked for periods where the same period has more than one distinct `val` across filings.

## Observed -- period 2025-01-01 to 2025-12-31 (FY2025)

| Tag | Value | Form | Filed | Accession |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NetIncomeLoss | 5,783,223 | 10-K | 2026-04-17 | 0001493152-26-017945 |
| NetIncomeLoss | 5,783,223 | 10-K/A | 2026-04-22 | 0001493152-26-018577 |
| NetIncomeLoss | **5,797,589** | 10-K/A | 2026-06-08 | 0001493152-26-027724 |
| Assets | 33,502,601 | 10-K | 2026-04-17 | 0001493152-26-017945 |
| Assets | **33,768,927** | 10-K/A | 2026-06-08 | 0001493152-26-027724 |
| StockholdersEquity | 6,188,205 | 10-K | 2026-04-17 | 0001493152-26-017945 |
| StockholdersEquity | **6,454,531** | 10-K/A | 2026-06-08 | 0001493152-26-027724 |

All three figures move together, by the same gap-opening amendment (filed 2026-06-08, accession 0001493152-26-027724), and the same new values then persist through three more 10-K/A filings (2026-06-23, 2026-07-01) and into an S-1/A (2026-09-24). The two earlier filings (the original 10-K and its first, narrower 10-K/A on 2026-04-22) still carry the old numbers -- there is no `supersedes` flag anywhere in the JSON; distinguishing old from new means sorting by `filed` and watching the value change. The company's unrelated quarterly filings for FY2024 (filed 2024-12-31 then restated again by a 2026-06-08 10-Q/A batch, e.g. Q1 net income 833,445 -> 901,550) show the same multi-amendment pattern is not a one-off.

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named.
