# edgar_company_concept has no accession number field

**Observed 2026-10-12T20:38Z**, via `tools/call` to `gateway.pipeworx.io/edgar/mcp`
(`PIPEWORX_RUNNER_KEY`, our own service — rule 14 exception).

`edgar_company_concept({cik:"1933414", concept:"Cash"})` (Mineralys Therapeutics) returns, per
data point: `fiscal_year`, `fiscal_period`, `period_start`, `period_end`, `value`, `form`, `filed`,
`unit`, `derived`. There is no `accession` / `accession_number` field anywhere in `latest` or
`values[]` — confirmed by printing every key.

`edgar_company_filings({cik:"1933414", limit:3})` on the same filer DOES carry
`accession_number` per row (e.g. `"0001933414-26-000121"`), alongside `filing_date` and `form`.

**The trap:** a caller who wants to cite the exact SEC filing behind a reported XBRL fact (e.g.
to link to the primary document) cannot do it from `edgar_company_concept` alone — it has to
separately call `edgar_company_filings` and join on `(form, filed/filing_date)`, which is not
guaranteed unique (a filer can file the same form type more than once on one date).

**How observed:** 2026-10-12T20:38Z, `tools/call` JSON-RPC to `gateway.pipeworx.io/edgar/mcp`,
`edgar_company_concept` and `edgar_company_filings`, CIK 1933414.
