# Wrong-market ranking in pack search

**Observed 2026-10-08.** Pipeworx `search_packs("China A-share margin financing balance", limit 2)` returned **taiwan-stocks** first, with `taiwan_margin_balance` as its top tool (matched terms: china, share, margin, financing, balance — "china" matched the pack's description of mainland-China holders of Taiwan stocks). The second result was china-disclosures; the china-stocks pack was not in the top 2.

A Taiwan margin balance is a different market's data and would answer the question wrongly if used.

**How to avoid:** when a task names a market or country, check that the chosen pack actually covers it before calling.
