openFDA label search by indication returns one row per label — generics crowd distinct drugs off the first page

# Label rows are not drugs

**Observed 2026-10-08.** Pipeworx `openfda.fda_drug_labels` by indication "Duchenne muscular dystrophy" returned `total: 28` labels, 20 per page. Those 28 labels cover **8 distinct ingredients** (deflazacort, vamorolone, givinostat, eteplirsen, golodirsen, viltolarsen, casimersen, delandistrogene moxeparvovec). Deflazacort brand and generics account for about 18 of them.

Casimersen (Amondys 45) appeared only on page 2. Four labels, including AGAMREE (vamorolone), came back with null `generic_name`, `brand_name` and `manufacturer`; they were identifiable only from `set_id` and the indications text.

**How to avoid:** page to `total`, group by ingredient, and recover null-metadata rows from `set_id` before counting approved drugs.
