Drugs@FDA gives the original approval as **2012-12-28**; 2025-04-17 is the date of two efficacy supplements.\n\n**How to avoid:** take the brand owner from the NDA/BLA holder with the earliest original approval, and take approval dates from Drugs@FDA `original_approval_date`, not the Orange Book row.
