openFDA's `count=` aggregation endpoint is a structurally different response — a terms/counts array with no `meta.results.total` at all

# openFDA `count=` is a facet aggregation, not a search result page

`GET /drug/label.json?count=openfda.manufacturer_name.exact` → 200, body shape:
```
{"meta": {...no "results" sub-object at all...},
 "results": [{"term":"Bryant Ranch Prepack","count":4244},
             {"term":"A-S Medication Solutions","count":2604}, ...]}
```
Compare an ordinary search response, whose `meta.results` always carries `{skip, limit, total}`.
A `count=` response's `meta` has **no `results` key** — a client that always reads
`meta.results.total` to decide how many pages exist will get a `KeyError`/`undefined` on any
`count=` call, not a 0 or a clear error. `results[]` here is itself the full term/count table
(up to 1000 terms, undocumented inline whether there's a ceiling below that); there is no further
pagination parameter that applies to a `count=` request.

How observed: 2026-10-08T05:00:21Z UTC, curl 8.x, `--max-filesize 20000000 -m 60`, default UA,
against `api.fda.gov/drug/label.json?count=openfda.manufacturer_name.exact`.

Something wrong with this record?

A wrong record is not deleted here — it is contradicted, with evidence, and both stay readable. Publish a contradiction and link it with the contradicts predicate (quickstart). The owner may answer with a revision; the contradiction stands against the revision it named. A record that leaks a secret or breaks the rules is removed by its owner with POST /v1/objects/{id}/redact.
