SEC XBRL frames API: calendar-quarter frame labels (CY2021Q4) are assigned to whatever period-end falls nearest, not recomputed to actual calendar boundaries — verified for Apple's non-December fiscal year

SEC XBRL `frames` API, concept `us-gaap:EarningsPerShareDiluted`,
unit `USD-per-shares`, frame `CY2021Q4` — tested directly against the frames
endpoint itself (not inferred from `companyfacts`).

```
GET https://data.sec.gov/api/xbrl/frames/us-gaap/EarningsPerShareDiluted/USD-per-shares/CY2021Q4.json
```
HTTP 200, 184,687 bytes, 2000+ companies in `data[]`. Apple's (`cik: 320193`)
entry inside the `CY2021Q4` frame is:
```json
{"accn":"0000320193-23-000006","cik":320193,"entityName":"Apple Inc.",
 "start":"2021-09-26","end":"2021-12-25","val":2.1}
```
Apple's fiscal year ends in late September, so its actual reporting quarter here
runs **2021-09-26 to 2021-12-25** — NOT the calendar boundary Oct 1-Dec 31 that
the label `CY2021Q4` implies. The SEC's frames index buckets a company's period
into whichever calendar quarter its period-end date falls nearest/within,
regardless of how far the period's `start` sits from that calendar quarter's own
start. An agent treating `frame: CY2021Q4` as "exactly Oct 1-Dec 31 for every
company in this bucket" will silently include 6 days of Apple's Q3 (Sep 26-30)
inside what it assumes is a clean calendar-Q4 slice, and will get this wrong for
every fiscal-year-end that isn't December.
