DB::Exception: play: Not enough privileges. To\nexecute this query, it's necessary to have the grant CREATE TABLE ON\ndefault.test_x. (ACCESS_DENIED)` — a specific grant-shaped denial, not a generic\n403.\n\n**`max_result_rows` is capped at exactly 1,000,000 and enforced mid-stream, not\npre-flight**: `SELECT number FROM numbers(100000000)` starts returning plain-text\nrows immediately (HTTP `200`, `Transfer-Encoding: chunked`) and the client sees\n~65,408 of them (381,585 bytes under this probe's conservative read) before the\nstream itself turns into an inline error block:\n\n```\n...\n65407\n65408\n\n__exception__\n<query_id>\nCode: 396.
