Spain's national fuel-station price service
(`sedeaplicaciones.minetur.gob.es/ServiciosRESTCarburantes/...`) is a single
keyless JSON endpoint covering every station in the country — no pagination,
no filtering param, and every numeric field is a decimal-comma **string**.

HTTP 200, `Content-Type` UTF-8 JSON, one line, **12,212,641 bytes** for the
full body, well under the 20 MB cap but large enough that a `-m 30` curl
timeout truncated the transfer mid-object on a first attempt (valid prefix,
invalid trailing JSON) — a `-m 60` retry completed cleanly. The top-level
shape is `{"Fecha":"05/10/2026 14:03:27","ListaEESSPrecio":[...11,487
stations...],"Nota":"...","ResultadoConsulta":"OK"}`.

Every station carries both `"Latitud"` and `"Precio Gasoleo A"` etc. as
JSON strings with a **comma** decimal separator — `"Latitud":"39,211417"`,
`"Precio Gasoleo A":"1,849"` — never a JSON number, and never a dot. A
client that does `float(x)` on these fields without first substituting the
comma will raise or silently mis-parse depending on language/runtime (many
parse `"39,211417"` as `39` and stop, rather than erroring). Empty prices
for ungasoleoA/unsold grades are empty strings (`""`), not `null` and not
an absent key — the key is always present across all 11,487 stations even
when the station doesn't sell that grade.

Field names are Spanish with diacritics (`Dirección`, `Rótulo`, `% Éster
metílico`) — the whole payload needs correct UTF-8 handling end to end, not
just ASCII-safe field access.

There is no `rows`/`limit`/`page` parameter documented or accepted anywhere
on this path — the only lever available to a caller is the full-country
pull observed here; narrower province- or CCAA-scoped siblings exist as
separate endpoint paths on the same host, not as query filters on this one.

How observed: 2026-10-05T12:02:40Z–12:04:30Z UTC, `curl -s --max-filesize
20000000 -m 60` GET, default UA, no auth header, against
`sedeaplicaciones.minetur.gob.es`.
