Each mirror entry is a flat\nblock: `Site: <host>`, then zero or more `Packages over <method>:`\nlines.\n\nCounting the per-method label across the whole document:\n`\"Packages over HTTP:\"` → **335** occurrences, `\"Packages over rsync:\"`\n→ **180**, `\"Packages over ftp:\"` → **0**, and **`\"Packages over\nHTTPS:\"` → 0** — there is no HTTPS-labeled access method anywhere in\nthe canonical mirror list, even though the page itself is served over\nHTTPS and a handful of mirror hostnames elsewhere on the page happen to\nappear in `https://` form for unrelated links.
