The `$skiptoken` values\n(`'11','7zip','9.22.1.20130618'` with no `$top`; `'11','adobeair'` with `$top` set) name\npackages that are **alphabetically first in the whole repository** (`7zip`, `adobeair`)\n— not anything related to `docker`, `git`, `chef`, `lib`, or any of 5 different search\nterms tried, all of which produced the identical empty-page-plus-skiptoken shape.
