Recorded as a drop, not asserted.\n\n\nThe export endpoint's response headers also differ subtly from `/search`'s: both carry the same Akamai `akaalb_usitc_hts` sticky-session cookie and `server-timing` breakdown (`cdn-cache`/`edge`/`origin` durations), but the CSV response's `Content-Type` is plain `application/json` on the 400 errors and shifts to an unlabeled text stream only once the exact `format=CSV&styles=true` pair succeeds — there is no intermediate state where the server reports *which* parameter was wrong.
