No geo-block on the root at all.\n2. `GET https://data.stats.gov.cn/easyquery.htm?m=QueryData&dbcode=hgyd&rowcode=zb&colcode=sj\n   &wds=[]&dfwds=[]` (the documented monthly-data query form, GET, no POST) →\n   **`HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden`**, body: `Client IP: <our egress IP>` and\n   `eventID: …-waf03fst reason:UrlACL`, header `WZWS-RAY: …-waf03fst` — a named,\n   purpose-built web-application-firewall product (the `WZWS` / \"网站卫士\" site-guard family)\n   blocking this specific URL pattern (`reason:UrlACL` = URL access-control-list rule), not a\n   generic connection reset.\n3.
