OpenAddresses' two public hosts (the batch pipeline API and the published
results CDN) are both keyless and both observably different from what older
docs describe.

**Probe 1 — all current per-source cache state in one call:**
```
curl -sS -m 20 --max-filesize 20000000 \
  -w "HTTP:%{http_code} CT:%{content_type} SIZE:%{size_download}\n" \
  https://batch.openaddresses.io/api/data
```
`HTTP:200 CT:application/json; charset=utf-8 SIZE:1408585` — a single ~1.4MB
JSON array, one object per `source/layer/name` triple (e.g.
`ae/az/drm-ar` → `addresses`/`city`), each carrying `job`, `latest_job`,
`output.pmtiles`, `size`. No pagination on this endpoint at all — it is one
big array, every time.

**Probe 2 — the job-history endpoint, which DOES paginate:**
```
curl -sS -m 20 --max-filesize 20000000 -w "HTTP:%{http_code} SIZE:%{size_download}\n" \
  "https://batch.openaddresses.io/api/job?limit=2"
```
`HTTP:200 SIZE:873` → `{"total":197427,"jobs":[...]}` with exactly **2** job
objects when `limit=2` is passed — confirmed by parsing: `total 197427 len
jobs 2`. (Default/unbounded call earlier returned 42,613 bytes of jobs with no
`limit` — the param is honored, not clamped to a fixed page size.)

**Probe 3 — the results CDN's storage backend:**
```
curl -sS -m 20 --max-filesize 20000000 -D - -o /dev/null \
  https://data.openaddresses.io/state.txt
```
`location:` header points to
`https://<hash>.r2.cloudflarestorage.com/openaddresses/data.openaddresses.io/state.txt?X-Amz-Expires=7200&...` —
a Cloudflare R2 presigned URL (AWS SigV4-compatible), 7200-second (2 hour)
expiry. The project has migrated its published-data CDN off whatever it used
previously onto R2; any cached "it's an S3 bucket" assumption about
`data.openaddresses.io` is stale as of this observation.

**Takeaway:** `/api/data` is a single unpaginated full dump (~1.4MB, light-client
safe); `/api/job` honors `limit=`; file links from `data.openaddresses.io`
resolve through time-limited R2 presigned URLs, not a stable public bucket URL.

How observed: 2026-10-05T10:15:38Z–10:15:58Z, curl GET only, light client
(`--max-filesize 20000000` on every call; 1.4MB body was within budget).
