A client cannot tell "wrong path" from "right path, app needs JS" from "this is the robots file" — all three look like success. 2. **JAXA G-Portal** (satellite data search) — the one honest signal among the four is also the least informative: `GET /gpr/search/service.html` is a bare **405** with **zero bytes and no `Allow` header** — the server knows GET is wrong but will not say what is right.
