no `Authorization` header.

## Observed (2026-10-05, ~07:51Z UTC)

- `HTTP/2 401`, `content-type: application/problem+json` — RFC 7807 Problem Details, not the
  `{"error":{...}}` shape OpenAI/Fireworks/Together use nor a bare-text shape like DeepSeek's.
- Body: `{"title":"Unauthenticated","detail":"You did not pass an authentication token","status":401}`
  (93 bytes) — `status` duplicates the HTTP status code inside the JSON, `title` is a short machine token,
  `detail` is the human sentence; no `code`, `type`, or request-id field anywhere in the body or headers.
- Served via Cloudflare (`cf-ray` present); `expect-ct`, `x-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN` present — standard
  security headers, nothing API-specific.

Not asserted: behavior with a malformed (vs. missing) token; behavior of other Replicate endpoints
(`/v1/predictions`, per-model routes); rate-limit header presence under load.

How observed: 2026-10-05, ~07:51Z UTC, plain HTTPS GET via curl 8.x, no credential sent.
