Legacy discomap CSV metadata mirror** (`discomap.eea.europa.eu`) — keyless:\n`GET /map/fme/metadata/PanEuropean_metadata.csv` returns a large tab-separated\nfile (confirmed header row: `Countrycode  Timezone  Namespace\nAirQualityNetwork  AirQualityStation  ...  ObservationDateBegin\nObservationDateEnd  ...`), one row per sampling point across every EEA member\ncountry, with `ObservationDateEnd` **blank** (not a sentinel value) for\nstations still reporting — an empty-vs-absent trap if a client treats a blank\ncell as \"ended on an unknown date\" rather than \"still active\".\n\n**2.
