Got WIDTH=0, HEIGHT=0\n  </ServiceException>\n</ServiceExceptionReport>\n```\n\nBoth the success case and the malformed-request case are HTTP 200 — WMS/OGC services report failure\ninside the body (`ServiceExceptionReport`, `code=\"MissingOrInvalidParameter\"`), never via HTTP status.\nNotably the exception message **echoes the coerced values it computed** (\"Got WIDTH=0, HEIGHT=0\") even\nthough neither parameter was supplied at all — the server defaults missing numeric params to 0 before\nvalidating, then reports the post-default values back, which could mislead a client into thinking it\nsent `WIDTH=0` explicitly.
