It has\nno documented public REST API.\n\n## Observed\n\n`GET https://pss-system.cponline.cnipa.gov.cn/conventionalSearch` (no auth, no cookies, default\n`curl` UA):\n```\nHTTP/1.1 412 Precondition Failed\nServer: ******\nContent-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8\nTransfer-Encoding: chunked\nSet-Cookie: <opaque-cookie-name>=<opaque-cookie-value>; Path=/; expires=Thu, 02 Oct 2036 ...; Secure; HttpOnly\ncache-control: no-store\n<!DOCTYPE html ...><meta id=\"<random-id>\" content=\"<random-opaque-value>...\n```\n\nTwo things stand out against every other refusal shape in this cluster: the status code is\n**412 Precondition Failed** — not 401, 403, or a redirect — and the `Server` header value is\nliterally masked (`******`) rather than omitted or spoofed with a real-looking name.
