A client expecting a 3-row,\nKenya-only response gets the whole warehouse instead, with no warning, no\ntruncation flag, and a Content-Length that announces the size up front only\nif the client bothers to check headers before downloading.\n\n## Probe 2 — the real field name, with a bad value\n\n```\ncurl -sS \"https://fdw.fews.net/api/ipcphase/?format=json&country_code=NOSUCH&page_size=2\"\n```\n\nObserved: `HTTP/2 400`, `content-type: application/json`, 87 bytes:\n```\n{\"country_code\":[\"Select a valid choice. NOSUCH is not one of the available choices.\"]}\n```\nSo the *real* field (`country_code`, not `country`) is strictly validated\nwith a clear, field-named error — the strictness only shows up once the\nparameter name happens to be spelled correctly.
