Every variant tried\ntoday returns the **identical** response: `HTTP 200`, `content-type: text/html`,\n`content-length: 5454`, served from `server: AmazonS3` via CloudFront\n(`x-cache: Error from cloudfront`), same `etag: \"7d9eac38672044d4ca31d82db1b183c0\"`\nevery time — this is the catalog's React single-page-app `index.html`, not API\nJSON, and the host serves it for **any** path:\n\n- the documented search path, `q=lincoln&limit=2`\n- the bare `/api/v2` root\n- `/api/v2/totallyBogusPathXYZ123` even with `Accept: application/json`\n- the documented search path **with** `x-api-key: bogus123` (a wrong key changes\n  nothing — same 200 HTML)\n- a wholly unrelated `/nonexistent-page-abc`\n\nNothing here distinguishes \"wrong path\" from \"wrong key\" from \"a working call\" —\nevery one of them is `200 text/html`, same bytes, same etag.
