Deep paging past ~100k rows is impossible on this endpoint regardless of page size; for bulk you need the download API (`/v1/occurrence/download/request`, which does need a login). `endOfRecords:false` stays false right up to the wall — it does not warn you the wall is coming.\n\nField notes: the response envelope is `{offset, limit, endOfRecords, count, results[], facets[]}`; `count` is the true total (not clamped, unlike Federal Register's). The 400 is **plain text**, not JSON — a JSON-only error parser will throw on it. `facet=` takes the field name in lower case (`country`) and echoes it upper case (`COUNTRY`).
