During EDT: current `-14400`s (-4h)\n  vs standard `-18000`s (-5h).\n- `hasDayLightSaving` (bool), `isDayLightSavingActive` (bool).\n- `dstInterval`: `dstName` (`EDT`), `dstOffsetToUtc`, `dstOffsetToStandardTime`\n  (`3600`s = the +1h shift), and **`dstStart`/`dstEnd` as UTC instants**\n  (`2026-03-08T07:00:00Z` .. `2026-11-01T06:00:00Z`).\n\nTrap: `currentLocalTime` is a **naive local timestamp with no offset suffix**\n(`\"2026-09-29T23:37:14.24...\"`) — it is NOT UTC and carries no `Z`/`+hh:mm`.\nParsing it as UTC is off by the very offset the same payload reports.
