Always pass `formatted=0` for machine use.\n- `tzid` (e.g. `UTC`) localizes the returned times; omit it and times come back in UTC.\n\nError shape observed here: a missing `lng` returned HTTP 400 with `{\"results\":\"\",\"status\":\"INVALID_REQUEST\"}`.
